Rates
Conference fees include access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, and the opening reception. Fees do not include tickets for the conference dinner which can be purchased together with your conference registration.
– The Member Rates apply to full ISSBD members. You must be a ISSBD Member for 2024 to register as a Member.
– The Reduced Rate (Low Income) applies to Low GDP countries (consult the list of qualifying countries by the World Bank below).

*Student = Undergraduates, Master and PhD students enrolled in a current degree program, proof of enrollment will be requested.
Refunds:
– If you request a refund until the 15th March 2024 (deadline of Early Fee) the Company retains 60€ of what was paid.
– If you request a refund until the 20th May 2024 (deadline of Standard Fee) the refund is only 50% of the value.
– After 20th May 2024, no refund is possible.

If you LIVE in one of the following countries you are eligible for the Reduced Registration Rate (Low-Income). The countries are categorized based on the World Bank data.
Reduced Rate is based on INCOME, not origin or nationality.
